The Light Heavyweight division is the 2nd heaviest UFC weight class in the promotion. It is for fighters for weigh up to 205 lbs.
The division has been home to some of MMA’s greatest ever fighters. It is the weight that Jon Jones became the youngest ever UFC Champion, when he finished Shogun Rua at only 23 years of age.
It has also produced legendary fighters such as Randy Couture, Daniel Cormier, Alex Gustaffson, Chuck Liddell, Rampage Jackson and many many more
This division has also given us it’s fair share of Hall Of Fame fights, such as; Jones v Gustaffson 1, Griffin v Bonnar 1 & Cormier v Gustaffson.
